IALB Seats is an independent luxury experiences concierge. We source and facilitate access to high-demand sporting, cultural, and entertainment events worldwide. We are not affiliated with artists, teams, venues, or official promoters. All access is sourced through the secondary and hospitality markets.
All pricing is provided by tailored proposal following your enquiry. Prices reflect current market demand, availability, and the specific inclusions of your experience. Prices may exceed original face value. No payment is requested until you have received and confirmed your proposal in writing.
A booking is confirmed once IALB Seats has received your deposit or full payment as agreed in your proposal, and issued a written booking confirmation. Access is confirmed with the relevant provider before any payment is taken from you.
Access is delivered via secure digital transfer, e-ticket, or physical delivery as specified in your confirmation. Delivery method is confirmed prior to payment. A full pre-event briefing is provided at least 7 days before your experience.
If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Postponements or venue changes do not constitute cancellation. All refund requests are managed by IALB Seats on your behalf. IALB Seats reserves the right to offer credit or alternative access in certain circumstances.
IALB Seats does not guarantee specific seat locations unless confirmed explicitly in writing. We are not liable for venue policies, event changes made by organisers, or any travel, accommodation, or associated expenses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the access in question.
By enquiring and booking, you agree to provide accurate information, act in good faith, and respect venue and event regulations. IALB Seats reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation. Disputes will be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance.
